他们並没有敷衍了事,而是应上头的命令办事,以保持场地干净。
要打印收据的搭客,得由添值机(AVM)内挖掘寻找自己的收据。
我曾就这事发电邮给有关部门,红色是他们的回答。
We would like to share that there was an adjustment done to eject the receipt to the receipt printer slot. This is to prevent receipts from scattering over the floor due to the strong ejection of receipt.
It is advisable to collect the receipt from the inner part of the receipt output slot.。。。
The receipt did not eject to the printer slot, but stay inside the inner part of the receipt output slot. It will only be eject to the receipt printer slot when next receipt is printed.
The commuter who request for receipt will not dig into the inner part of the receipt output slot when he/she did not received the receipt but just walk away which defeat the purpose of having receipt printing.
We would like to share that receipts from the Add Value Machine (AVM) does not fully eject from the slot is based on based on the request from the Public Transport Operator (PTO) to avoid overflow of the uncollected receipts and dropped on the floor of the bus and train station.。。。
