生命赞歌 - 献给所有母亲

      黄太太第一次怀孕自已并不知情。

      由於要到印尼出差,就去打了一支预防霍乱的针,谁知公干归来,黄太太有呕吐的现象,於是去找医生验证,结果证实有了身孕,但医生恐怕黄太太之前打过霍乱针,可能会影响胎儿的成长,建议把胎儿拿掉,黄先生因为医生不能担保胎儿正常,只好同意拿掉胎儿。

      第二次黄太太又怀孕了。

      但一直觉得腹部疼痛难忍,看普通医生都说没事,吃吃药多一点休息就会好,可是黄太太的腹部疼痛越来越严重。由於她的二姐在医院工作,通过她的介绍去见一个姓林的专科医生,他一按黄太太腹部疼痛的部位,立刻作出了疹断,那是子官外孕! 然后安排她作紧急开刀,结果她有一边的输卵管被切除了。医生说黄太大现在只剩下另一边的输卵管,因此可能怀孕的机率是少了一半!

      医生说的并不准,很快的黄太太又第三次怀孕了。

泛谈责任感

      曾看过一篇故事,内容述说一位有把宝剑的官员,一天到朋友家作客,那位朋友非常喜欢这把宝剑,当时他就‘默誓’(到底没讲出来),等他出游后便送与之,数年的时间转眼过去了,当他打算把宝剑送去时,那知他的朋友已去世,而为了履行诺‘言’(默言),便到朋友的墓地,将宝剑置於墓旁,表示送给那个朋友。这则故事说明,个人对自己的言行,所抱有的一种极端责任感。

      但是,我们并不鼓励人人都如此,因为这不是平常人所能做到的,我们只要求人人都能言而有信,这就很难得了(不需要心里叽咕些什么,便对这些‘话’负责)。让我举例来说明这点: 早期居住在南洋的华人,他们做生意往往仅凭一句话或一通电话,便完成一宗交易,而且就此承担了一切风险。这是西方人仕感到迷惑而百思不解的地方,然而,这正是华商对於自己所说的话的一种高度责任感。是的,我所谓的言而有信,便是‘一言既出,驷马难追’的意思 ...
