Zou Lu was born in China but now resides in Singapore. Despite starting to write only in 2006, she has won fans with her prolific essays and poems. In the short span of five years, she has three anthologies of poetry and two collections of essays to her name, all published in Singapore. When she is not penning poems or writing creative essays, Lu is involved in promoting social and cultural activities. She is also a founding member of www.sgwritings.com.
