Longest Condominium Building
Singapore’s longest condominium building, The Linear, measures 308m long by 22.65m wide. The 221-unit project at Upper Bukit Timah Road was developed by Creative Investments Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Amara Holdings Ltd. The architects were Kenzo Tange Associates (Concept Architect) & SAA Architects Pte Ltd.

“里岭”是新加坡最长的公寓建筑，长308米，宽22.65米，位于武吉知马路上段，有221个单元。由安国控股属下的创新投资公司开发。概念设计是日本丹下健三都市建筑设计研究所，建筑设计由赛艾负责。
Longest Lasting Residential House
Panglima Prang was the oldest surviving house in Singapore in 1982 before it was demolished to give way to condominiums. It was a bungalow situated at Jalan Kuala off River Valley Road, built before 1860 by Tan Jiak Kim, pioneer of Singapore’s first medical school and grandson of Tan Kim Seng. It was the home of six generations of Tan Kim Seng’s family before the land was sold to a private developer.
留存最久的住屋
Panglima Prang在1982年被拆除建造公寓之前曾是新加坡留存最久的住屋。这是一座位于里巴巴利路尾加兰库拉的洋房。此屋由陈金生的孙子陈若锦于1860年建造，他也是新加坡第一所医药学校的创办人。此屋在卖给私人发展商以前，曾住过陈金声家族整整六代。
Tallest Completed HDB Blocks
The four blocks of 40-storey apartments at Lorong 2 Toa Payoh are the tallest HDB flats. Standing 120m high, they were completed in 2004. In 2005, another two 40-storey blocks were built near the Queenstown MRT station.

Tallest HDB Blocks Under Construction
Singapore’s tallest HDB apartment blocks are currently under construction. Pinnacle@Duxton is expected to be completed by 2010, with 1,848 three-bedroom apartments in seven 50-storey blocks.

First Asean Heritage Park
Sungei Buloh Nature Park located at Neo Tiew Crescent was designated a wild bird reserve and nature park for mangrove flora and fauna in 1989. The 87-ha site is the first of its kind to be established in Singapore, and lies directly along the East Asian Flyway, a migratory route for birds. It was named Asean Heritage Park in 2003. Asean Heritage Parks are protected areas of high conservation importance preserving in total a complete spectrum of representative ecosystems of the Asean Region.
第一个亚细安保留公园
双溪布洛公园位于梁宙湾，建于1889年，是一个专为保护野生鸟类和红树林植物设计的自然公园。公园占地87公顷，是新加坡第一个此类公园，恰好处在东南亚候鸟飞行路线上。2003年命名为亚细安保留公园。此公园重点保护亚细安地区具代表性生态系统里的完整动植物品种。
