From an internet user’s prospective, I hope that the two companies will not merge.
Microsoft is the dominant company in producing systems, platforms and softwares for PC. While Yahoo is one of the dominant companies in internet market. It is because of diversity of competitors who provide us customers with various choices.
However, from the two companies’ prospective, I think they should merge.
